WanderGlow Travel – Terms & Conditions
By booking with WanderGlow Travel, you agree to the following:
1. Role as Agent
WanderGlow Travel acts solely as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, car rentals, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers (“Suppliers”). We are not responsible for Supplier actions, delays, or errors.
2. Supplier Terms
Each Supplier has its own terms, including policies on cancellations, changes, and refunds.
3. Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for understanding risks specific to your destination, including those related to health, weather, or political conditions.
COVID-19: You accept all risks related to COVID-19 exposure and related travel restrictions.
4. Travel Documents
You must review all documents (itineraries, confirmations, tickets, etc.) for accuracy. You are responsible for any fees from errors, changes, or cancellations.
5. ID & Real ID Requirements
You must comply with TSA ID requirements. Starting May 7, 2025, all U.S. domestic travelers must present a REAL ID or approved alternative. A valid passport is required for international travel, and visas may be needed.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip interruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected issues. WanderGlow makes no guarantees regarding coverage.
7. Limitation of Liability
WanderGlow Travel is not liable for personal injury, property loss, financial damages, or any issues arising from travel changes or Supplier actions.
8. Fees
Planning fees are based on the trip’s complexity and duration. All fees are non-refundable.
